Terms of Sale
Our vehicles are advertised through multiple avenues on the internet as well as on eBay. If we work out a deal with a customer through another advertising source we simply end the auction early. The only thing that will guarantee you the vehicle is exercising the buy it now option.
Payment terms: The successful high bidder must contact AC Auto Plex, Inc. within 24 hours at 888-360-1408. The successful high bidder must submit a $500.00 non refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. Failure to meet the deadline or make other arrangements with AC Auto Plex, Inc. will make the vehicle available for sale to other high bidders.
Payment method: AC Auto Plex, Inc. accepts Cash (in person), Certified bank check, bank transfers, or 3rd party financing.
At time of sending initial deposit, Buyer MUST fax copy of their State issued valid Driver License. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller.
Taxes and fees: We charge a documentation fee of $99.95 for every sale in or out of state. New York residents are responsible for sales tax, license fees, and, the documentary fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for documentation fee, and all state, county, city taxes, and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
**We have now streamlined our operation, selling vehicles at wholesale prices directly to an internet audience.** Since many of our clients purchase their vehicles without physically seeing them. We welcome and recommend any pre-buy inspection on all of our vehicles. Please contact us to set up an appointment. Every car we sell has been completely detailed and has had a full inspection by ASE certified mechanics that we personally know and trust. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees. Please note: Most of our vehicles will have factory warranty remaining (as stated in our description). Extended warranties are available on all our vehicles.
